@finlayto If you're not a customer nor paying for another family member/friend, then you can do a chargeback on your CC to get this fixed or submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to issue a refund for this charge.
Here's a link to chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Or send a private message to CS_Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Then tell your bank to charge it back. Unless you have a family member who used the card.

@finlayto you sure no one in your family used that to activate?
how much we are talking about?
Any chance you are a Koodo or Telus customers? sometimes they charge under a different company name (they all part of the Telus family)
Please open ticket with PM support by direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Could you provide screenshot of your charge? Mask sensitive info.
How much you were charged? Maybe somebody got hold of your CC info.
