Hello,
my Dad is on autopay and forgot to update his credit info, so his service has stopped.
I tried to login to his PM account to enter his credit card info, but he needs verification through email which he no longer remembers the password for.
how can I access his account to change his credit card info and email address?
I have all of his details otherwise.

@jex yes, you need to login to My Account to update the credit card info
To login My Account, you should have access to the email used for My Account.
In your case, you will need to ask PM support to help to change the login to another email address you or your father has access. Please open ticket with PM support and ask them to update the email address:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
