I can no longer access my account. my old email was ********** this email has been deleted because of spam. my new email is ***********. When I login with my old email it brings me to a page that says SMP or email address. The problem is that SMP only appears for a micro second and then I am left with email address that no longer functions. Any tips

Type in Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above.
