hi. i forget my password and i choose forget password option and they send a mail to me but i opened it later so now its not possible for me to change my password what coud i do

Click "Forgot your password?"(under the log in button) and they will send you another email with instructions on how to change it.

As you wait for moderator help, you can try dialing 611 via your phone. You can do some basic account services by dialing 611.

Better to seek for the moderator's help: click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions.
