Getting a Sim card and activating a Sim Card are completely two different things. If you Activate on Sep 7 and Sep 8 on a $25 Plan and up you will Automatically get the credit to cover your next 30 days. The Announcement made by Public Mobile is very clear and in Plain everyday English. So just follow what it says there
