Your 30 day plan starts on succssful activation.

hi @Amy9771 

PM is prepaid provider.  You paid for the next 30 days of service.  So, the first day of the cycle and the bill date is when you joined, and you already paid

The next renewal date is 30 days later, remember, it is not monthly but 30 days
