Try clearing all cache and cookies, then open an incognito or private tab, and try again.
You can also just try a different browser on a different device.
Sometimes when making a post, there is an error message which displays about "invalid use of HTML".... when you get that, just ignore it and tap post again and it usually just posts anyway.
