USA talk and text add on

I have USA talk and text add on. But I tried to make a call to the USA from Canada last nite and it didn’t work ??

if you have a smart device, such as a Google Home or Amazon Alexa, you should be able to make calls from Canada to anywhere in Canada or the US simply by asking that device to place to call.

 And it’s completely FREE as it’s doing it over the Internet.

sound like you got the wrong addon.  I think you got: Bundle - US Roaming - Talk and Text (15 days) - $15  , that is a roaming addon for use when you are in US

Instead, you should have got : 1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes - $15.00 (10 Rewards points)

And FYI, you can also make free calls to US using VoIP app TextNow.  Download the app and you can call US using the app for free
