Set my plan to change upon renewal which is today and now i have no service but shows the amount was taken from my account.

Thank you.  I was unable to submit a service ticket and had already tried your suggestions.  Contacted PM support.

this happens sometimes after a plan change

please try reboot the phone once and see if you can connect to PM network and test voice and data services

if issue persists, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
