I am trying to port my number from zoomer, but it didn't like the IMIE and failed. I got a text message from PM saying that port has failed and included a link to chat with an agent but the link doesn't work. is there a number I can call to re-initiate the port with account number? thanks

@pmehran it is always better to give the account number instead of IMEI
