I’ve gotten messages that I’ve used 75% and 95% of my data when I actually use very little. When I looked up my usage, it was saying that I was using data in the middle of the night when I am sleeping and when i am connected to wifi. Is that a glitch in the system?

Lots of posts about this erroneous text. PM is aware of this glitch and working on a fix since last week. No reports of any solutions yet.

I have also gotten the same message and when I checked it was very little must be a glitch in the system

Login My Account using Incognito mode and confirm your current cycle usage. If My Account usage shows you used less than 95% of the data, just ignore the text.
for "midnight usage" on Usage history, please note that PM does not update the data usage constantly. In fact, it only update it twice a day.
So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. The early morning usage you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 hours.
Also, for correct usage reading, always use Incognito mode to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info
