I bought 2 esim by accident. The first one was on my old phone and was never activated, but my credit card got charged regardless. Any chance I could get a refund?
click the orange chat bubble, lower right side of page to start process of contacting Customer Support. If I was you, I'd request credit to my account rather than refund.
