Hi,
When I joined Public Mobile. I used my IMEI # for physical sim instead of IMEI # for esim. What should I do to get this rectify?

@daredevil604 , the CS_Agent may tell you to purchase an eSIM or SIM Card. Sometimes they will provide an eSIM QR Code for a Customer for free but often will not! They also may credit your account for one. It all depends on how they are asked & which CS_Agent you get!
