Can you sign into your My Account?
Go to Profile and update SIM there. Or in the app, Account, update SIM.

if you can login My Account (use email to receive 2FA. click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose Send email), then go to Profile to update the sim card number
if you cannot login My Account, then ask PM to help to update. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
