I am trying to get my sim activated. I got to step 6 of my subscription and my credit card was charged, but I am stuck on step 6.
I tried to get help via chat but chat disconnects without responding.
I'm not sure where to get help now. the app chat and the account chat do not work. I've sent a note to CS_agent - is that support from public mobile or community support?

thank you for the quick reply - I tried logging out, waiting and logging back in and I still have the same error.
sent a ticket to CS agent. what is the typical response time? it is 240pm PST

@jon4425 Maybe try to uninstall the app and re install it and try again , if no luck you can use this direct link to support
