Hi,
Can anybody help me here, I can not activate SIM card. got error 821, didn't transfer old phone number to Public Mobile. What can I do now? I've been waiting for over 4hours, no messages or emails. thank you!

@ninini you requested pprting? Error 821 is about incorrect porting info supplied. Did you put in IMEI #?
Wait 15 mons and Make sure PM did not charge you. Then you cam retry Activation but use your current provider's account number instead of IMEI as the porting info

@ninini hi try clearing your cache and cookies or try with a different browser in private or incognito mode ,if you have another computer or laptop try usung that
