We just signed up a few days ago. We seen on the website there is a promo code for extra data for 12 months. How do we add this to our account?

@Alexandf as a contributing member of the community it is your JOB to make sure you are providing accurate and timely information. Not the same information hours later, or totally irrelevant information.

@Alexandf @computergeek541 has removed many duplicate posts by other users too, but you are posting more duplicates than most. Is there a reason why you feel the need to do so?

@Alexandf Majority of the time those posts advising something similar is due to users typing their response at the same time, but speed of typing plus some lag time on the website can show a difference of a few minutes and not intentionally done.

@Shuynen You can submit a ticket and ask customer to add the data promo as a gesture of goodwill although there's no guarantees that they will.
