Hi, Can anybody help me here, I can not activate SIM card. got error 821, didn't transfer old phone number to Public Mobile. What can I do now? I've been waiting for over 4hours, no messages or emails. thank you!

Thank you for your help. I will wait until tomorrow. Checked my old phone company maybe still working on it.
