I activated my phone Monday night at the store. I got an email confirmation that I activated the phone, but my service says emergency calls only. There is no one I can call to fix this problem, so I am writing to see what I can do to help.

Not sure what you mean by activating the phone.
Do you mean that the SIM was activated?
PM is a self-service plan so there shouldn’t be a retailer activate the SIM for you. They are not permitted to activate SIM as of last year.
Just wonder if it was CCS?
Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.

And what company name is all over that email?
Iphone or Android? Make and model?
Is the phone unlocked?
Is it compatible?
Maybe check devicecheck.ca as well.

This may seem to be an unusual quetsion, but are you a Public mobile customer? I ask that because Public Mobile doesn't activate at stores. Do you simply mean that you bought a SIM card at the store and did the actvation yourself?
