HELP! my login email has changed and I need to update but cannot get a confirmation code sent to previous email. Can it be sent by text to the phone?

Yes, you have the option to have the 2FA code sent through email or text. You will get the text code faster than email.
Just enter the original email address then wait for the code.
If you want to have your email changed then you need to contact a CS_Agent to have it changed.

contact to support team by private message CS_Agent to change it.
after changed email,and tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

@msheppard1971 Yes, you can get the confirmation code to send you via text.
And of course, you still need to change the email address even you can get into My account via the sms. To change the email , please open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
