I've just signed up to activate my SIM card. My payment has not yet gone through. I was able to click 'Finish' and to get to the login page for my account. When I try to login I receive a message that my login attempt failed. So I tried to reset my password and I get a message that reads 'Sorry, we're unable to verify your email address. I've received a welcome email but still cannot get into my account to finish setting up.
Any help is resolving this issue is appreciated.

Hi,
I've tried clearing my chache and also used a different browser (IE 10 and Firefox) and that has not resolved the issue. I hope someone will reach out with a solution soon.

Sorry to hear you are having activation issues. One of the moderators can help, unfortunately due to the popularity of this latest promotion they are swapped and may take a bit getting to you, tagging @Shazia_K. In the mean time try a different brower or clearing the cache (sometimes it help, though sounds unlikely in this case...)
