HI
I topped up my payment before the scheduled subscription date because I went on holiday for 3 weeks.
On the schedule subscruption date, they asked me to top up AGAIN !! now my account is on hold.
Can't they just use the money already in my account??how dumb is the system??
please kindly help

Are you on autopay?
No credit card registered?
From my experience PM will use your reward (if any $) then available funds on account and if needed to a top up from credit card. So far it worked well.

@Wanc Is your services working ? If yes and today your renewal day you can ignore this message . If no service log in are the funds sitting in available funds ? Is so tap the pay now and resume button . Or you can get support to investigate
