I got a new phone, bought a new eSim, and then returned that new phone. Now I am back to my old phone, but the eSim won't work..... thoughts?

@kavyacee  So if I understand correctly you bought a new phone, bought a new sim for that phone.  That changed the sim in your account to the new esim but then you returned the new phone and therefore that sim became inactive.  The old phone still has the old esim.  I don't know much about esims so someone may need to correct me, but have you changed the sim number in your account to match the number of the old sim?   I'm guessing that won't work and you will need to buy a new esim as already suggested.

@kavyacee

So you transferred from one esim to another like in the faq below or did you activate an entire new account on the new phone? If you transferred you need to buy a new esim.

I bought a new esim for the new phone. The old esim is still in my old phone... which I went back to.

@kavyacee

What phone is the esim on when you bought esim? New or old?

Even though I went back to the original phone where I hadn't deleted the eSim?
