eSim on old phone

I got a new phone, bought a new eSim, and then returned that new phone. Now I am back to my old phone, but the eSim won't work..... thoughts?

I bought a new esim for the new phone. The old esim is still in my old phone... which I went back to.

Happened to me as well. I switched to another email and it seemed to work.

Did you try subscribing through the app? Worked for me when this was popping up.
