eSim not compatible

Hello, I was signing up and selected eSim as it said my phone is compatible. But when completing the order it says eSim isn't available on my phone. Now I went into Telus to get a physical sim but how can I add thos to my account? When I go to finish my activation it says to contact customer service

@Simon_245  Usually they reply with in the hour or two . But it’s been extremely busy as you can imagine but 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

I'm new to public mobile but it seems like I still haven't received a response. Is this normal customer service for this company?

hi  @Simon_245 

today will be better.  I had 2 issues yesterday, all those ticket were replied and fully resolved within 3 hours

You may need a newer version of phone for esim.  The best way to contact CS is through submit a "ticket" good luck

@Simon_245 , for some odd reason eSIM installations with Public Mobile (on a compatible phone) can be a hit or miss! Mine installed flawless but some Customers encountered issues when trying to! I don’t think Public Mobile has all the bugs worked out with it & in the long run SIM Card is easier due to you can remove it from one phone & put it in another but with eSIM here you can’t, every time you want to switch phones or delete your eSIM by mistake you have to purchase another!

@Simon_245  Send support a message and ask them to SIM card swap the number for you and finish the activation
