I was trying to install eSim card on PM app, but it was unsuccessful and it shows eSim not Installed, something didn't go right while installing your eSim. Then I went to Cellular to add eSim. And it asks me to use QR code which I did not find in my activation summary email. Can anybody help with this? Thanks

they usually reply on the same day, and yes, they reply no weekend too
if you don't receive any reply tomorrow morning, message them again

@richardsmile so, you checked Sim Card Manager and Public Mobile eSim not there?
You used the PM app and got the Step 6 to finalize the activation?? If you did and dont see the QR code to install eSIM, please check with PM support:
