so this isn't for MY account, its for my wifes (can't login into her account for explained reason).
so we just got a new refurbished s21 5g that is unlocked, so we took her physical sim out of her old phone and put it into the new one and the sim tray didn't read that there was a sim in the phone. so i bought the eSim and went through the entire install, and it completed successfully (no it didn't) however the phone still says no service and where theres supposed to be the signal bars is just a circle with a line through it. ive gone through resetting the network settings, making sure phone is up to date. so i tried deleting the esim and readding it however when i purchased the esim i didnt get an email associated with the purchase at all so no qr code to readd it. bought another esim activated it same issues.

i still can yes im within walmarts 30 day return. but im trying to see if we can get it working so we dont have to go through the return process

sorry forgot to list that aswell, checked the imeis and both came back clean

Where you bought the phone from? I suggest you check if the phone is "clean". Use the IMEI checker here

"refurbished" ? ...can you still get your money back ?
