I have been trying for days to transfer my eSIM to my new phone. I have been following what support has told me but there is something wrong with my account and the chat support has been useless. Is there a number I can call? Or somewhere I can go

so, the system thought you are new? it is just a login issue then. Ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

I am unable to get to the page cause every time it thinks I’m new or something but I have had this account for a while now, and the data is working perfectly fine on my old phone.

What have you tried so far?
Download PM app on new phone, login. And buy new eSIM from Account -> Purchase sim card, choose eSIM
If trouble getting 2FA, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose Send email

Hello
There is no way to transfer an eSIM. You have to download the app on the phone, purchase a new eSIM, it will be $5 up front but when you get to the checkout, it will be free of charge. It's that easy and simple.

No number to call for assistance.
You need to install/activate new eSIM and then to transfer number through your PM accouont.
