My data starts to work slow whenever I'm about to run out. Is that normal?
There is no data slowdown initiated by Public Mobile as data is nearly out. If you're on a plan that includes unlimited data at reduced speeds, speed is reduced to a much lower amount only after of the regular speed data has been used up.
