How long have been with PM? Did you just port your number over from another carrier?

First, check to see if you paid your last bill. Second, go into your settings and under the SIM card, check to see if the Public Mobile eSIM is set to primary. If it is, then go into network settings and reset the network and reboot the phone. If that all fails, you can reach out to a CS Agent to advise them your network is down and you need assistance.

hi @Paras2004
First, make sure PM eSIM is the only one there and remove other sim card or disable other eSIM
And, go to Sim Manager or Settings->Cellular on your phone and check if a Public Mobile sim card is there. If it is, enable it or toggle on "Turn on this line" and set it as Primary
then Reset network settings and try again
