eSIM not working

I just subscribed and I received an error message saying there was a problem with the eSIM. I have no service or data. I tried to submit a ticket but got an error message. I can’t find an article that answers this and unable to contact support.

You will need to contact a customer service agent either via ticketing or private messaging.

@CarrieLumsden   so, you got the eSIM profile installed yet? or not to that stage?

If you got the eSIM profile installed, try to reboot the phone and click  Reset all networks

If that does not work, please open ticket with PM Support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you
