Hi all,
Just switched to Public Mobile from Rogers today and ported my phone number over. Got through most of the steps when signing up with Public Mobile but got stuck as it was unable to download the eSIM. The app said my phone was eSIM compatible. I then tried to use the email QR code to download the eSIM card, but it failed to do so again. What do I do?

@Natters95 please check your SIm manager screen and check if the eSIM already installed. Sometonrs the eSIM was actually installed and just not enabled and hence you got the error. If you see it there, enable it and it should be good

Just got the $45 plan, and though my phone is eSIM compatible, it was unable to download the eSIM. As instructed, I tried to scan the QR code, but it failed again to activate. Please help. What do I do from here?
