I lost my sim and I am out of Canada . I am unable to cancel the payment because my account is asking for OTP . Can you help?

@Thomas84760 - are you just trying to cancel autopay? Call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device and remove autopay to stop payments. If you have a balance to cover your account's plan renewal, then you will need to issue your phone lost through My Account.

try OTP with email. when they try to send the code to your phone, click Didn't receive code and then see if email is an option
if not there, then you will need support agent to help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
