eSIM and new setup - did not work

I was told to contact an agent with PM so I have sent in a ticket. This was a new account setup but it appears that the eSIM did not setup so I really need to talk with an agent. I believe the PM network will be shutting down soon for maintenance

My brother just had the same issue.   I hope they can help complete activation in the morning.

They should be back up in the morning and I don't think agents work overnight anyways, so just wait to get a response tomorrow. I understand the frustration when things aren't working and you can't fix it right away, believe me, but Im confident they will be able to help you, just be patient.

Unfortunately, there is no live folks to speak with here. Only through tickets and messages.  If you have already submitted a ticket, just have to wait until tomorrow for their reply.
