just bought plan and paid the bill. but eSIM activation failed. i can't call or text/ neither receiving call or text.
im working tomorrow. very frustrating. even submitting ticket not working. very poor sevice. how can i contact customer agent.

I had exactly the same issue, eSIM failed and couldn’t do nothing, no service no nothing, tried to submit a ticket and was getting error message, very frustrating. Whole story short ended up buying another eSIM . It worked

But they are swamped with new members taking advantage of the Black Friday deals and not following directions on how to port their number over to PM and not responding to the text confirming they are porting over to PM with the old SIM in their phone.
If you are porting your old number over to PM and if porting failed. Your old SIM should still work!
Also, there could be Cyber Monday deals with more new members.
Meanwhile, you can use WhatsApp or TextNow for free calling and texting connected to wifi.
If you picked a new number and not porting out. Try scanning the eSIM QR code on the welcome to PM email.
