Hello! So Im helping my mother setup her account and it turns out her phone is not compatible with eSIM and it was signed up for eSIM. Ive purchased a physical sim card however I cannot continue to activate account as it appears to only let me do the eSIM activation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you will need CS agent to help you to update the sim card number. Pleaee submit ticket to CS agent here
