Try to login with all the possible emails you have then click Forget Password.
If that doesn’t work then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account once your credentials are validated.

It should be in your paper you signed up with when they print (In pei where I'm from) it was in a paper where it shows your email and everything else like your discount code and everything

Look in all your emails for the welcome email from here when you signed up or other marketing and promotion emails from here (not community).
Try all the ones you can think of in the reset password page and maybe one comes in somewhere..

@lloydhillier you can try to find if you receive any Welcome email from PM when you first joined, check all your different email
Or you can find by Reset Password. First try to use the Reset Password link on the login page, enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

typ: forgetting information
and Click, Forgot My account Email
then Click, Contact Us
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
