I can not select a plan and become a PM user as I keep getting this error each time for the last 3 weeks.
We encountered an error processing your request..... when I sign in with my account I get this the last 3 weeks. tried clearing cache, tried different browser,etc etc.... nothing works. This really discourages me from switching over .......

Yes, after payment, it will ask if you want to transfer your number. Need your old carrier's account number, phone number and account holder name. Ideally avoid using IME for transfer.

@scott027 - You will have to use the app after creating ever safe to complete activation.
