why am I having a lot of dropped call

depending on your location, you could be experiencing issue with your calls due to VoLTE not being available on your cellphone. If you let us know the make / model, maybe we can provide some suggestions.

What phone do you have? I have a feeling I know which. S20?

Go into your settings, then Network Settings and reset them. Then reboot your phone. This SHOULD fix them. If you're still getting dropped calls, reach out to a CS Agent and get them to reset on their end.
