downtown coverage

can someone at Telus let us know if coverage will improve in this area below.  I can't even get LTE speeds at my location, it's so bad your app times out.

@downtown_416, network management is far removed from the marketing side of things.  I am sure those looking after the network know of the areas of strength and weakness and would do their best to address coverage holes.

you can have good speed and reception even the network towers is not too close by.   It all depends on the network bands, phone and the building materials (assuming you are in condos)  What type of phones you have?

Bell is known to have great coverage in Downtown Toronto, better than Rogers and certainly better than Freedom

What phone do you have? try Reset Network Settings and did you try 5G?

Thanks for responding.  Even with Bell, the speeds are terrible.  Here's Bell overlayed with Telus towers below.  Lucky for me, I'm in the area where there's no towers close by.

So, when you look at this map, you have to look at Bell towers as well.  So, check mark the Bell and show us the Blue towers as well 🙂
