There are two options. They can refund you if there is a double charge. It's my understanding it can take up to 30 days to get it back. However, the other option is to credit your account. First, look at your billing on your account and see if it shows there.

Then contact a CS Agent this way.

hi @jaredlph 

you saw the 2 charges on Credit card? you sure one of them is not a pending charge only?

and check My Account's Payment history and see if you see the two charges there.
