Hi,
On november 20th I was charge twice 42.00$ when i register my phone number with public mobile. Would there be a reason why I would be charge twice?

Do you have a balance in your Available Funds having the double charge in it? If so then you can just leave it there for your next renewal. If not then you'll need to contact the moderators.
