There definately is a delay of some sort. Yet different clients report different time frames (weird).

No carrier is ever in real time though so this is not unexpected.

There shouldnt be any delay. Most people track usage on their phone and check self serve account once in awhile.

I haven't noticed any delay, pretty fast in showing how much data you have used. But i also track my data usage on my iphone as well.
