I have an account with public. It is 3G. I just upgraded my phone and changed my subscription to 5G. Do I need a new SIM for my new phone or can I just put my old SIM in my new phone? The customer service ticket page isn't working.

The only restriction with the above recommendations would be if you happened to acquire an e-SIM only device, such as the US models of newer iPhones which are e-SIM only.
Doubting that's the case, you're good to go with the above recommendations.

@NovaMo no just take SIM card out of your current phone and put it into your new phone that’s it , enjoy the new phone and faster data 🙂

You don't need a new sim card. The same sim card can be used on your new phone to access PM 5G network without any problem
And for your new phone, just make sure the sim fits. If not, still no worries, PM sim is 3-in-1, you can remove the "frame" outside to make it nano and fit the new phone's sim slot
