do I have to provide the referral person new phone no.of Public mobile in order to get a promo bonus$25 (the 3rd new PM agent asked for it)?
in the past/year, we never do it.
My referral person and I don't know each other very well.
he/she just wants to sign up with PM, and get $10 and $25 for opening bonus?
if so, we all have to provide the new phone No. for the new PM users in order to get referral bonus, PM is killing the refer a friend program.
Nobody will refer a stranger to use PM.

Public Mobile customer support absolutely should not be asking for the phone number. It defeats the purpose of the referral code. Before somoene says that this shouldn't matter because you're supposed to know the person anyway, there isn't any way that Public Mobile can deecide if someone is really your friend nor is there any concerete/absolute definition of that. For example, most people would probably agree that a co-worker or classmate is fair for a referral. However, the referred person's or referring peron's phone number is none of the other perons's concern unless the other party wants to provide it. Also, there is a disiturbing glitch in the past that has had customer support agents tell the customer opening the ticket the phone number of the other customer in what seems to be part of a script to confirm that the referral has been applied. That's a severe privacy breach and customer support agents need to stop that practice.

Log in to the rewards page (not account) and click on show details under refer a friend and the referred numbers will show.

I'm not on points so from what I remember reading around here...the points system doesn't show referred numbers.

Log into My Rewards. It will show in referrals.
Ie, you use my referral code, YOUR xxx-xxx-1234 number shows in MY Rewards.

So the credits did not happen automatically? You should be able to supply the number from your My Rewards. xxx-xxx-1234. I have 2 $25 RAFS go awry....keep pushing for it. Wait a few hours to respond and hope you get a more customer service oriented CSA.

The RAF is OVER. If your friend uses your code TODAY they will get $10 off and 5 reward points. You will get a $ off per month or 1 rewards point every 30 days.

Push of escalation and ask them to show you the terms and conditions of the rewards program

In order to use the refer a friend, all you need is the unique six digit code which can be found on the self-serve landing page on the bottom right in a rotating picture sequence.
