Hi
I am trying to change my e-mail address but there is no way to do this using the Public Mobile login. After reading online support info it seems as though I need to send a private msg to a Public Mobile support person but I cannot find how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi to change/reset account email you need the help of a service rep if simon won't work foryou use option 2
There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca
Or private message them here

@grantm You are correct. You cannot make change yourself
You need to open ticket with PM Support to ask them to help to make the change. Since you can login to My Account, please open ticket using one of the 2 ways :
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
