You can click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type "account related issue" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon or if you prefer you can send a private message.
Send a private message... Contact the CSA's (formerly moderators) by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information:
If you cannot remember your pin # include at least three ( if they apply)of the following:
The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses in tne past week.
Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the CSA's (formerly moderators.) Responding promptly will speed up service times.
Do not post any of this info in the community only in your private messages when communicating or contacting the Moderator_Team.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Normally you would have recieved a confirmation text when it was added. But log into your self serve account and it will appear at the bottom left of your overview page. Have you already opened a support ticket?

I am an existing customer. I replied yes to the free data text but no answer back. How can I check to see if I got it? Thanks

Are you also a new customer? If so the holiday gifts will be added to your account automatically within 7 days of activation. Otherwise if replying YES to 4911 didn't work for you then a CSA can add them for you.

Try and get the additional bonus gift of 2Gb of data this month. I'm still awaiting to hear back if I get it too. Reply yes to public mobiles text. Good luck. Always keep an eye on your data thru public mobiles usage. Cheers

Is this for an existing account that you noticed something different recently; OR, are you speaking of a new account that never had data working before?

Which plan do you have ? Is the additional 500MB for signing up with autopay missing from your account ? Did you check in your self serve account under data and add-ons ? Usually if it is not listed then it usually means it has been used up.

Log in to your account / Data and add-ons to see what's left of your data. If you see no mention...you've used it all until next renewal date.
