Which network do you think is good? There really only is Bell, Telus, Rogers, Freedom, Videtron, and smaller regional companies. Network at Public is one of best and uses Telus.
Every network (even the big 2.5) has areas where it is great and areas where it is weak. It's virtually impossible in a country like Canada (probably almost any country) to get 100% coverage with no weak/dead spots/areas and enough available capacity for every possible use at any time. Even if you're on the "best" network in Canada (always a bit subjective, and contentious title), if you frequent area(s) of weak reception, you're going to think it's awful; likewise, even if you're on the "worst" network but frequent areas of particular strength, it's going to be a great experience.
TLDR; there's no "one-size-fits-all" network, so you really need to experiement to find one that works well in the places in which you spend the majority of your time.

PM is owned by Telus & operates on the Telus network.
If you've choosen a data plan on 3G and you we're on LTE before; you may notice a difference, especially with streaming video. If this is the case; maybe try one of PM's LTE plans instead.

Are you coming from Rogers? This network is Telus' Network. Largest in Canada. Same as Bell as well.
What is happening?

@truckkarr Odd, this is telus/bell, which is the best network in Canada. Are you sure its the network? Can you give more details? What exactly is the problem and where exactly do you have this problem, everywhere or in a specific place?
