@hellobot, I am assuming that you registered the 3 SIM cards, right? If so, the SIMS are 'used'. As for the amount paid for the first 30 or 90 day period, that is probably gone too, since Public Mobile is a prepaid service. If you port out/cancel before the end of your current period, you loose whatever was left in your account, and whatever services were not used.
You could try contacting the moderators, and explaining your situation, but frankly, I don't think you have much hope of getting anything, especially since you ported out by your choice, and to a competitor. If you still want to try, click here to send them a private message.
