Then as noted earlier, you got the wrong add on. You got the one for roaming in the USA, it doesn't work in Canada. You needed the 10 point data add on for use in Canada. You will need to work with customer support agents to sort this out.

@rob24 You need to reply privately to the agent using the link given in their post. You never replied to my question about which data add on you got. The 15 point add on is for use when in the USA, is that where you currently are?

@rob24 Where are you located? For use in Canada the add on for 1GB is 10 points. For US roaming data the add on is 15 points. So it sounds like you got the wrong add on unless you are in the USA.

I did reboot my phone but disable data limit on the phone I don't know how to do that it should not be this difficult to use points

Reboot the phone and make sure you disable data limit on the phone
Last, ask PM to help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
